The VoisMerge utility available with the Storacall range of telephone call recorders combines users CRM data with the Storacall call recording data enabling users to search for calls based on a range of criteria from their own data.

For example, calls can be tagged with client name, company name and postcode, enabling users to search for calls for a particular client or company or postcode.

So instead of just searching on extension, dialled number or date, the search criteria can be expanded to include any predefined client attributes stored in a CRM database

Because the Storacall reorders have a true web-based interface, administrators, reviewers and agents simply require a browser and the appropriate security password to access call recording playback, reporting and configuration.

Local access via the company LAN can be expanded to include access from any location globally via the Internet. Specific recordings can be easily located with VoisMerge and instantly replayed.
