Facilitate recording of GSM/mobile phone calls
These days many people are working remote from the office and need to make and take strategically important phone calls wherever they may be. Increasingly many organisations are now required to record every call for legal compliance management or dispute resolution and the ability to record mobile calls completes the picture. The Storacall Mobile server allows companies to record GSM and mobile telephone conversations in the same way as they record land line calls to and from their call centre or communications system.
The server seamlessly connects into any VoiStore Analogue, PRI, BRI or SIP call recording systems as well as most Storacall legacy recorders.
From emergency situations to verbal contracts, or simply just to monitor the quality and quantity of calls from and to your mobile workforce, the Storacall mobile server provides the solution.
Seamless Communication
When a call is answered on a mobile phone, it will automatically be recorded on the call recorder, the system can give an optional announcement before calls are presented to the mobile phone user informing callers that the call may be recorded. Outbound calls that are made from the users' contacts (if using a 'Smart-Phone') are automatically recorded without the need for any actions from the user. Users with older or standard phones only need to dial the DISA feature to ensure that the call will be recorded.
No Need for Change
Users do not need to change their mobile number to benefit from Storacall GSM/mobile recording this being particularly important for business users.
Modular
The Storacall mobile server comes in a modular 19" rack format and is expandable from 5 to 100 users. The entry level system has PRI or BRI connectivity to the call recorder and has the capacity for 5 simultaneous GSM calls to be recorded.
Single Chassis - A single chassis system can enable recording of up to 18 simultaneous GSM calls. Antenna combiners and Omni-directional GSM antennae are supplied as standard with 6 users and above.
Multi Chassis - By adding up to 4 expansion modules the system capacity increases to 100 simultaneous calls.
Connectivity
The standard method for connecting to the call recorders is ISDN30. The system comes with 1 PRI port on the switch card and additional ports can be added depending on the number of channels required. Storacall mobile server can also be configured with analogue trunk and extension ports and the 5 user entry level module can be supplied with BRI connections if required.
