VoiStore receives both Avaya and Cisco Certification

Storacall Voice Systems has announced that their VoiStore call recording systems have been certified by both Avaya and Cisco in the last few weeks. The VoiStore call recording systems passed Cisco's rigid compatibility and verification testing under the highest level Cisco Technology Developer Program, allowing Cisco customers to deploy robust fully interoperable solutions with confidence.

In addition the VoiStore has also successfully passed the compliance tests for Avaya and is now certified under the Avaya Developer Connection Gold scheme. This is an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company's investment in its network. It also ensures that organisations running Avaya communications can be certain that VoiStore solutions interoperate with their Avaya infrastructure
