Storacall to appear at CeBIT Exhibition!

Expanding international presence continues to be a focus for Storacall Voice Systems Ltd, the U.K. based specialist call recording & call processing systems company and they will be participating at this years CeBIT Europe 2008 exhibition being held in Hanover, Germany from 4th - 9th March.

Storacall will be located on Stand E30 in Hall 13 and will be exhibiting their full 'VoiStore' range of call recording systems, which have now been certified by both Avaya and Cisco. VoiStore has achieved the highest status in the Cisco Technology Developer Partners program and in addition has also successfully passed the compliance tests for Avaya with certification under their Developer Connection scheme.

Other products on the stand will include EucliD middleware together with 'VoisCoach' agent scoring and coaching software as well as the exciting new 'Latitude CMR', which seamlessly combines call recording, call management and resource utilisation for call centre applications. Also on display will be the new 'Perspective' multi Media real time monitoring, offering all centre supervisors live agent monitoring, coaching, instruction, whispering and agent desktop application control.

The show highlight will be the launch of the new 'AlertMaster' emergency notification system designed for situations where an unforeseen incident means that information has to be sent to a large group of people quickly and automatically via telephone, SMS, email or fax for incidents such as accidents, crime threats, terrorist attacks, epidemics, industrial explosions, fire. flood or adverse weather.
