Storacall to appear at CeBIT exhibition!
Expanding international presence continues to be a focus for Storacall Voice Systems Ltd, a leading supplier of call centre solutions, who have announced that they will be participating at the CEBIT Europe 2007 being held in Hanover, Germany from 15th - 21st March.
Storacall will be located on Stand D54 in Hall 12 and will be exhibiting their full 'Voistore' range of call recording systems including 'EUCLID' middle ware together with 'VoisCoach' agent scoring and coaching software. The company will also be show casing the new 'Latitude' call centre software, which seamlessly combines call recording with extensive call management and resource utilisation features.
In addition the product team will be offering a preview of the shortly to be launched 'Perspective' multi Media real time monitoring, offering supervisors live agent monitoring, coaching, instruction, whispering and agent desktop application control as well as the 'AlertMaster' emergency notification system.
