The Ultravox VM1000 is a Windows based system providing auto attendant call routing and advanced voice mail and message handling facilities. Additionally it offers a range of powerful message notification options, including pager, e-mail and SMS.
Further optional software modules can be added to improve the quality of the telephone service by providing intelligent call queueing, music or information on hold, volume message taking, structured information services, together with call management reporting.
