As it enters a new growth phase with a multi-channel approach, Storacall Voice Systems Ltd is looking to expand it's sales team for it's range of voice processing, intelligent call queuing, ACD, voice mail, voice recording, IVR and CTI solutions for call centre, help desk & contact centre applications. The following career opportunities are available:
Account Manager
An Account Manager is being sought to manage and develop existing accounts, and to develop new sources of business with Storacall's Blue Chip customer base. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities within the client base, with a view to extending current call processing & voice recording solutions and identifying opportunities to upgrade and enhance.
The ideal candidate will preferably have a Telecom/IT background with a proven ability within a sales environment, including large account handling and development as well as a good understanding of customer business drivers. The account Manager will be measured on the delivery of demonstrable profitable growth to the company.

New Business consultant
A sales professional is required for identifying, approaching, negotiating and securing new key customers.
Candidates should be educated to a minimum of A level standard, with at least 2 years experience of selling in the IT/Telecom market place with a track record of securing new sales and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the application sales process.
