With the Ultravox Jobline System you can dramatically improve the quality of your recruitment programme and the efficiency of your personnel department. Jobline is ideal for use in call centre recruitment departments and for recruiting for other telephone based jobs.

The system is designed for evaluating candidates for suitability for jobs, prior to interviews being arranged. Job applicants' telephone calls are answered and processed by the Ultravox call processor and utilising a 'Question & Answer' module, are asked to respond to a set of questions and example telephone scenarios. The applicants' responses can then be evaluated for speed of reply, telephone voice, use of English, attitude and telephone manner.

Supervisors can use an individual caller reference to transcribe and then critique the responses. Candidates can be screened for their suitability for work before interviews are arranged, thereby eliminating unsuitable applicants and reducing the number of interviews needed. This greatly reduces the time and cost of an ongoing recruitment programme. Jobline can also automate other tasks associated with recruitment services via the telephone by providing Vacancy Bulletin Boards, geographic or job type selection, multiple vacancy handling, job application voice forms, applicant suitability vetting (before transfer to a consultant) and simultaneous multiple operator transcription.
