New features in Version 5:
Up to 8 groups can be displayed at the same time (6 is recommended maximum)
Multi-select and change the status for several agents at once
Drag and drop a group of agents between groups
Drag and drop works for all types of agents
Real time display of current call duration or number of calls answered etc
Optional Alarm settings can highlight individual agents who are above trigger level for
Talk time on current call
Do Not Disturb time on current break
Real time display of data: select to view as numeric value, bar graph or both (see picture)
User configurable bar graph colours, including colour change at pre-defined trigger value
User configurable symbols and descriptions for the three different DND states
Agent lists can be sorted based on a number of parameters such as:
Status (Logged-in, Do Not Disturb, Logged out)
Alphabetical on first or last name
Number of calls answered today
Number of DND breaks taken today
Double click on an agent to view summary statistics for calls handled today
Improved display update speed showing changes to agent status
Improved network performance using TCP/IP client/server technologies
